Migrate · leftover-time credit · dated 21 August 2026

We'll move the site. Leftover time comes with you.

Free white-glove WordPress migration. The old site stays live until cutover. Time left on the old host becomes JuJu time — up to 12 months, at our price. We don't write a check. Domain, 10 mailboxes, and the price is the price: $19.95/mo or $199/yr.

We're not the cheapest host. We're the one that just works.

Who this is for

Ready to leave — not still comparing footnotes

This is the close page. You've picked a host, or you've already decided the old one is the wrong invoice. You want the move handled, and you don't want leftover months on WP Engine, Kinsta, Cloudways, Flywheel, or anyone else to vanish.

One WordPress site. We need the current WordPress admin login. We move files, database, email, and DNS. Typical 1–2 business days. If you have time left on the old host, we add that time to your JuJu plan — up to 12 months, at our price. We don't write a check.

Tell us what to move. Then checkout.

Same $19.95 / $199 checkout — flagged as a move, not a blank site. We do not ask for your WordPress password here. After you pay, the panel opens the same migrate ticket a concierge request already creates.

We add that time to your JuJu plan — up to 12 months, at our price. We don't write a check.

Or email support@jujuhosting.com if you'd rather not check out first.

Leftover-time credit + domain + 10 mailboxes + the price is the price. That's the wedge. We don't invent a speed test to close the move.

How leftover time works

Their leftover months. Our price. No check.

Show us what's left on the old host — an invoice, a renewal date, a panel screenshot. We convert that remaining time into JuJu time, capped at 12 months, billed at JuJu's rate. A year left at $35/mo somewhere else does not become a $420 check. It becomes up to 12 months on JuJu.

If nothing is left, you still get the free move, the domain, and the 10 mailboxes. The credit is for people mid-term. It is not a coupon we print for everyone.

How the move runs

Old site up. Then we switch.

  1. 1
You send the live URL through the form above (or email support@jujuhosting.com). Checkout is the same plan — flagged as a move.
  2. 2
We copy files and the database onto JuJu. We set up mailboxes and DNS on our side. Your old host keeps answering visitors.
  3. 3
You check the copy. When it's right, we cut DNS. We hold the old site up until DNS finishes updating. You shouldn't see a gap.
  4. 4
If you have leftover time, we add it to the JuJu plan — up to 12 months, at our price. Then you cancel the old host when you're ready.

Typical 1–2 business days after we have WordPress admin. Complicated plugins, a custom mail setup, or a stubborn DNS host can take longer — we'll say so before we start.

Honest limits

We'll say no before we copy a bad fit

10 GB NVMe, 256 MB PHP, one site, ten mailboxes. Brochure / SMB WordPress. Not a huge WooCommerce catalog, not a high-concurrency membership app, not a contractual SLA (we target 99.9%). Not white-label.

If the site already needs 512 MB PHP, a thousand SKUs, or a written uptime credit, tell us first. We'll tell you this SKU isn't the move. Several sites? Agency / volume.

FAQ

The move, answered

Do you write a check for leftover time on my old host?
No. If you have time left on the old host, we add that time to your JuJu plan — up to 12 months, at our price. We don't write a check for their leftover bill.
Will my site go down during the move?
We keep your old site answering until the move is done, then we switch. You shouldn't see a gap. DNS still has to update; we hold the old site up until it does.
How long does migration take?
Typical 1–2 business days after we have WordPress admin. We handle files, database, email, and DNS.
What do you need from me?
WordPress admin for the live site, and (if you want the leftover-time credit) proof of what's left on the old host. Domain registrar access helps if we're moving DNS. Email support@jujuhosting.com if you'd rather not start at signup first.
What does the leftover-time credit actually buy?
JuJu months, at JuJu's price. Six months left on the old host becomes up to six months added here. Cap is 12 months. Not a cash refund. Not a discount to their rate.
Is the move really free?
Yes. You pay the JuJu plan — $19.95/mo or $199/yr — which already includes domain registration and yearly renewal plus 10 mailboxes. 60-day money-back on the initial hosting fee; provisioned domains are not refunded.
Can you migrate email too?
Yes — mailboxes are part of the plan (10 included). We'll move what we can from the old host; some hosts make IMAP exports painful, and we'll say so if yours does.
