This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service.
60-day money-back guarantee
If you're not happy with your hosting within the first 60 days of your initial purchase, email support@jujuhosting.com from your account email and we'll refund your initial hosting subscription fee in full. The guarantee applies to the hosting fee only; domain charges are handled under "Non-refundable items" below. One guarantee refund per customer.
After 60 days
Monthly plans are non-refundable after the first 60 days; cancel anytime to stop future renewals. For annual plans past 60 days, we may, at our discretion, offer a prorated refund of unused full months.
Domains & your plan
Updated 15 August 2026 to match the current all-inclusive plan. When you use a JuJu-registered or transferred-in domain on a hosting plan, that domain's registration and yearly renewal are included in the plan price. You may instead keep your domain at another registrar and point DNS to us, in which case we do not bill that domain.
Non-refundable items
Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers are non-refundable once provisioned — including within the 60-day hosting money-back window, and including a domain whose registration or renewal is bundled into your plan price (these carry costs we incur immediately on your behalf). Third-party services and add-ons are likewise non-refundable once provisioned. Refunds are not available for accounts terminated for violating our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
Statutory rights
Consumers in the EU/EEA/UK and elsewhere may have additional statutory refund or withdrawal rights; nothing here limits rights that apply to you by law.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Email support@jujuhosting.com from your account email with your account details and reason. We're reasonable — just ask.
