What the credit actually is
If you have time left on the old host, we add that time to your JuJu plan — up to 12 months, at our price. We don't write a check for their leftover bill.
That is the whole rule. Six months left on the old term becomes up to six months added here. A year left becomes twelve. The months we add are JuJu months, billed at JuJu's rate. We do not mail you the difference between their invoice and ours.
What it is not
It is not a cash buyout. A year left at someone else's rate does not become a check. We do not refund what you already paid them. We do not discount JuJu down to their price.
It is also not a coupon we print for everyone. If nothing is left on the old term, you still get the free move, the domain, and the 10 mailboxes. The credit is for people mid-term.

The plan is $19.95/mo or $199/yr ($16.58/mo annually). One plan, one WordPress site. Domain registration and yearly renewal included. 10 mailboxes included.
Cap is 12 months. Show us what's left — an invoice, a renewal date, a panel screenshot — and we convert that remaining time at JuJu's rate. Leftover-time credit + domain + 10 mailboxes + the price is the price. That's the wedge.
How the move runs
White-glove migration is free. Typical turnaround is 1–2 business days after we have WordPress admin. We copy files, the database, email, and DNS. Your old site stays live until cutover. DNS still has to update; we hold the old site up until it does. You shouldn't see a gap.
Then, if you have leftover time, we add it to the JuJu plan. You cancel the old host when you're ready.
Honest limits, same as the rest of the site
10 GB NVMe. 256 MB PHP. One site, ten mailboxes. Brochure and small-business WordPress — not a huge Woo catalog, not a high-concurrency LMS, not white-label, not a contractual SLA (we target 99.9%). 60-day money-back on the hosting fee. Cancel anytime. Provisioned domains are not refunded.
