Refund Policy JuJu Hosting

We aim to provide a transparent and straightforward refund policy for our valued customers. Please review the following terms carefully:

Standard Refund Terms

Products purchased from Juju Hosting are eligible for refunds only if canceled within 30 days of the transaction date.

Note: Due to their nature, cryptocurrencies, tokens, and digital assets are generally irreversible and subject to high volatility. Juju Hosting cannot be held responsible for risks, including but not limited to exchange rate fluctuations. Products purchased using cryptocurrencies, tokens, or digital assets are not refundable.

Note: If a customer’s actions are found to violate applicable laws or Juju Hosting’s Terms of Service, any payments made will not be refunded.

For the purposes of this Refund Policy, the “transaction date” refers to the date of purchase or renewal of any product or service, as specified in Juju Hosting’s Terms of Use. You may cancel a product at any time, but a refund will only be issued if cancellation is requested within the applicable refund timeframe, if eligible.

Products Available for Refund Under Standard Terms

The following services are eligible for refunds within the 30-day period:

  • Hosting Plans (all plans except the first payment after a Free Trial)
  • SSL Certificates
  • Daily Backups
  • Cloudflare Services
  • Email Hosting Services
  • Priority Support
  • WordPress Add-ons

Products Not Available for Refunds

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Redemption Fees
  • Domain Name Renewals
  • Domain Name Transfers (if the transfer is successful)
  • Privacy Protection
  • SEO Toolkits
  • Google Workspace Email
  • VPS Licenses
  • Website Cleanup Services

Any product or service suspended, canceled, or terminated due to violations of Juju Hosting’s Terms of Service.

Products with Special Refund Terms

  1. Domain Registration: Refunds are available only if initiated within 96 hours of registration and if conditions specific to domain type are met.
    For .br domains (including .com.br and .net.br), refunds are available within 168 hours of registration.
    Some country-specific domains (ccTLDs) are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

    • .es (including .com.es, .nom.es, and .org.es)

  1. Domain Name Transfers: Refunds are issued only if:
    • The domain transfer is unsuccessful.
    • The refund request is made within 30 days of the transaction.

 

Refunds for Promotional Offers

Special promotions, such as free domains bundled with hosting plans, are non-refundable. If a bundled service is canceled, Juju Hosting reserves the right to deduct the cost of the free domain from the refunded amount.

Payment Methods with Special Refund Terms

  1. Products purchased via the following payment methods are not refundable to the original payment source. Refunds will instead be issued as Juju Hosting account credits:
    • Multibanco (Portugal)
    • GCash (Philippines)
    • Fawry (Egypt)
  2. Payment processors supporting full refunds:
    • VTC Pay (Vietnam)

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of your Juju Hosting account and associated services.
  • Loss of data or features associated with the disputed payment.
  • Permanent account deactivation in cases of fraudulent or repeated chargebacks.

Customers are encouraged to contact Juju Hosting Support at support@juju.com before initiating a chargeback to resolve payment concerns amicably.

Refunds to Account Balance

Refunds can be processed to your Juju Hosting account balance for instant use. Refunds to balance are irrevocable and cannot be transferred to another source once initiated.

Abuse of Refund Policy

JUJU Hosting has implemented robust security measures to safeguard the personal information you share with us, including physical, electronic, and procedural protections. For example, we provide HTTPS secure access to most areas of our services. Additionally, our systems are regularly monitored for vulnerabilities and attacks, and we continually seek new tools and third-party services to enhance the security of our platform and protect the privacy of our visitors and users.

Despite our efforts, JUJU Hosting cannot guarantee the absolute protection and security of your personal information or any other content you upload, publish, or share with JUJU Hosting or others.

We encourage you to set strong, unique passwords for your user account and refrain from sharing sensitive information that could cause significant harm if disclosed.
